Manually bind the address with NOARP before you LOAD PROXY.NLM

This will solve your issue with duplicate IP address

My newsreader doesn't show the start of this thread, so if anyone else
is in the same situation, here is what I think was going on.

There has been an issue seen with some versions of 3.9 proxy.nlm
involving the proxy grinding to a halt or having other issues when
streaming http is going on. Novell has a new proxy.nlm (which you can
get by opening an incident with Novell, and it should end up being
free) that fixes the issue.

I've also seen another issue that started with BM 3.9sp1 proxy.nlm that
involved getting 404 errors when linking from one site to another.
Where I saw that was going from a Yahoo shopping link to a
manufacturer's detailed listing, but it's happening on other places
with the same type of link. Again, need to request the proxy.nlm from
Novell. This proxy.nlm is supposed to be released publicly in
BM3.9sp1. I don't know if there will be a beta or field test release
before then.
