Group calendar

Default Group calendar

Is the following scenario possible.
In GW 6.5.6 a group calendar for tracking usage of vacation time has been
setup and everyone is proxied into it. Everyone at the moment can add and
delete vacation time.
Is there a way to set the following access rights?
1. Can only delete your own vacation time.
2. After the vacation event is over only the group administrator can delete
that event.
Obviously I don't want people to delete vacation time after they have taken
it or messing with someone else.

Nope. What you can do is set up a calendar which autoaccepts incoming appointments and check for collisions. There is a coolsolutions article on it. This way users need only read rights, and the owner of the calendar needs to check it only when somebody changes an already sent vacation.

Sorry, that must be a bit hidden given you are having a different problem. It deals with meeting rooms, but the problem is the same:
