Dear Sirs,

some of my PO-Users dont want to go away from GW 6.0.4. But now they
found a problem with printing HTML-mails.

They switch to HTML-view and want to print that colorful mail not on
the standard printer that is in most times a black and white printer but
on a color-laser-printer. They select that color-printer in the print
box. But no matter what printer they select the mail is printed on the
standard-printer.

If they switch the color-laser-printer in windows printers and faxes to
standard printer the mail is printed on that color-laser-printer but not
in colorful HTML but in plain text.

What can I do to fix that problem?

With Groupwise, HTML mails are printed using the Internet Explorer print
engine, so check the printer settings in IE

Ok. With IE it is possible to print all HTML-sites on each installed
printer.
But where is the connection between Groupwise Client and IE?

As I said, it's built in, GW uses the IE dlls to handle any printing of
HTML mails (on Windows of course <g>)

Ok. Now I found out that it works with GW Client 6.0.2. Should I really
downgrade the client version?
