Default Problem with a web site

Hi !

I'm trying to access this website through BM3.8SP5 : http://www.radio-canada.ca/audio-vi...&dureeMedia=399

And I have no video or sound playback. When I go directly to this site bypassing the proxy, everything works fine What could be the problem ?

Thanks,

Antonio

The problem is on the web site. It is bad written and player ignores the
browser settings and try to contact the website directly. If PC can not
access the website directly behind BM, it will fail. A simple lan trace
on the PC will show that.

You need to contact the website and tell them they have made a site
that is broken for proxies. (Not just BM, it sounds like).

If you MUST use it, and they won't fix their broken website, you could
configure a proxy bypass, but it's going to be some work for you.

1. Set up stateful filter exception allowing outbound www-http-st to
that dest. IP address, from private to public interface.
2. Configure every browse NOT to use proxy when going to that URL/ip
address, so that it skips proxy and goes out through the filter
exception.
