You need to contact the website and tell them they have made a site
that is broken for proxies. (Not just BM, it sounds like).
If you MUST use it, and they won't fix their broken website, you could
configure a proxy bypass, but it's going to be some work for you.
1. Set up stateful filter exception allowing outbound www-http-st to
that dest. IP address, from private to public interface.
2. Configure every browse NOT to use proxy when going to that URL/ip
address, so that it skips proxy and goes out through the filter
exception.
