Hello all,

We have a problem with one of our user's archives on Groupwise 5.5. He
is searching using a keyword search but not all of the entries are being
returned, for instance there were 6 mails visible with the same
reference number in the subject line, when this reference was entered as
a keyword only 2 were returned. It spends less time searching then
normal as well yet it is selected that the entire archive be searched.

I have ran the stand alone analyse/fix on the archive but still the
same problem. This archive is 10gb but this was unavoidable as we have
limited space and this user needs to have emails going back a few
years.

Does anyone have any ideas other then unarchive everything, create a
new archive folder and then re-archive?

Any help much appreciated.
