Default How to get there from here!

My customer waited too long to upgrade. They are still running
Groupwise 5.1 on NetWare 4.11 servers and want to upgrade to NetWare
6.5. I can't find any information regarding support for GW5.1 on
NetWare 6.5. How can they move forward if GW5.1 not supported on NW6.5
and GW7 obiously not supported on NW4.11. What's the path or procedure?
Help, Please!

GW 5.x as a whole isn't supported on NetWare 6.5

But this really isn't a biggie.

Disable the loading Groupwise NLMS in autoexec.ncf
Upgrade to NW 6.5 (which I think is not in place anyway)
Install GW 7. use Upgrade choice. Buy Danita's book (www.caledonia.net
for good details)

For caution, make a VM image, and TEST the upgrade.
