We are using groupwise 6.5.7. I have a user that keeps getting D107
errors. The problem I'm running into is she doesn't have auto archive
enabled and most if not all of the help threads have auto-archiving
being the culprit to this error. I know we used a third party software
to help remove some email attachments, the software is formativruntime.
This software will delete the attachment, but keep the email. For many
of these emails we need to keep them for reference.
I've run the groupwise check numerous times on her account. The only
errors I've been finding in the log file are a problem 39. This error is
on a userXXX.dba file. A backup of her database that groupwise will
erase in a week (created 11/07/2008). The others are problem 67's that
are steadily reducing everytime I run the gwcheck (now down to 3) and a
problem 35, which has to deal with an invalid action parameter in a rule
she has created. Would any of these rules cause the D107 error to keep
popping up. Sometime the d107 errors poppup a few right after each
other, sometimes it takes 10-20 minutes for the d107 error message to
pop up after closing.
There is a slight possiblity this error could be coming from another
mailbox which she proxies into, however there are 5+ people that proxy
into this email account daily and they haven't seen this error. So I
still believe the problem is hers, but I'm not ruling out other
possibilities.
