Default BM3.9SP1 Overlay CD

How do I get the BM3.9SP1 overlat CD? Craig Johnson's web site says it
is available, but you have to have upgrade protection, which we have. I
downloaded the ISO via the Customer Care Portal, but all I got was
NBM39_GMC.iso. This looks like the general release to me.

I called customer care, but they tried to send me to technical support
and I have absolutely no desire to talk to the Indians.

As far as I know, it's only available via customer care, but I don't
really know the exact requirements for it to show up for a particular
customer.

However, don't worry too much about not having it. Just have 39sp1 ready
to go when you install 3.9. The sp1 overlay fixed some install issues,
but the ones where you really had to struggle to get 3.9 installed were
(in my experience) rare. Those issues could also be addressed my
manually applying some of the sp1 files - they were, if I recall
correctly, mostly things related to needing a .jar file copied to the
server.

About 90% of the BM 3.9 upgrades I've done have been without the sp1
overlay. And not all of the sp1 overlay upgrades or installs I've done
were incident free, so I don't worry too much about installing with sp1.
