In one of my user's Sent Items folder, no messages sent after May 15,
2008 are showing. Messages are being received by the addresses she is
sending to, they are just not showing up in the Sent folder. Any ideas?

Tools/Options/Send/mail

Make sure, that the combo named "Create a send item to track...." is
selected

If so, please specify the version of GW, since it then might be related
to either a rule or the send item folder

Where are these combos located, I can't seem to find it

Okay, I found "Create a send item to track...." and the box IS checked.
Any ideas?

Yes....The send folder in that version is not a system folder, but a
query-folder.....Try and recreate it.....

Also, might be, that the user ticked off, that send items should be
deleted.

Option found on the same page as before, but is called "Autodelete send
item"

Thanks for the help so far. When I go to File and New Folder, I do not
get the 'folder type' prompt to select 'Find results folder', it just
asks for the name of the folder, and creates a system folder. The quest
continues...

Click on the magnifying glass..........

After selcting the item source as send, execute it, and then select to
save as folder
