We just installed our first BorderManager 3.9 server, and I've been
setting up our various filter exceptions. I've discovered that I cannot
in iManager create filters that have a network as a destination.
Clicking OK on that screen results in nothing using either Internet
Explorer 7 or Firefox 3. I read in an earlier post that this problem
was expected to be corrected in BM 3.9. Apparently it wasn't.

I don't need really any help as I've created the exceptions in filtcfg.
(I use normally use iManager because of its ability to name the
rules.) Perhaps someone with connections at Novell can pass this
problem along, though, and see if we can get it fixed.

Tried BM39SP1, and installed newer iManager snapins?

We installed the SP1 overlay (I was fortunate enough to find it in our
customer center) and all snapins that the server reported to be available.
