Hi, this post is ancient but still this might help if anyone else
stumbles across it and is having the same issue.

Try .-domain.servername-

The user who's archive it was was located in a subdomain, but I used
the main domain name at the top of the tree and it worked.

I've subscribed to this thread so if anyone has any questions just
reply on here
